We were looking for the whole adventure when we booked the hunt. Well, it was truly the adventure we were looking for at Shattuck Creek Outfitters.. Had an unbelievable time! Slept at outpost camp, rode horses, quads, ate amazing meals, and the scenery was awesome. Saw or heard elk almost everyday and even shot a huge trophy 6×6! Unfortunately, seems like I got only 1 lung and was unable to find the animal after endless searching of Amon and his son.

This was a great hunt and experience! Highly recommend Shattuck Creek Outfitters with Amon and his staff. You will have a great time!

I will be going back to close the deal on that archery elk at Shattuck Creek Outfitters.

And oh ya, there are elk in Idaho…..
