I have hunted with Amon and Shattuck Creek Outfitters twice and both times I have gotten a bear. If you are a true hunter who enjoys learning about bear hunting this is the hunt for you. Amon and his team are top notch hunting professionals. They work diligently to give everyone an equal opportunity to harvest a bear. The Elk River area is one of the most if not the most beautiful place I have ever hunted. I am hunting with Amon in September 2023 for Elk. I am sure it will be another awesome adventure.
